Step 2:
Add half a tablespoon of paprika to the cabbage, along with salt and the ground pepper blend to taste, and mix well.
-
Step 3:
Cut half a bell pepper into thin strips.
-
Step 4:
Coarsely chop a yellow onion, or a red salad onion.
-
Step 5:
Add fresh dill to the cabbage and mix well.
-
Step 6:
Cut two tomatoes into fairly large, rough pieces.
-
Step 7:
Finely grate about 70 g (2.5 oz) of hard cheese, add it to the cabbage, and stir well to combine.

Crack seven eggs into a deep bowl and add salt to taste and a little of the ground pepper blend.
-
Step 9:
Whisk the eggs until smooth.
-
Step 10:
Heat a skillet over the stove and add two tablespoons of vegetable oil. Turn the heat down to low and pour in part of the egg mixture.
-
Step 11:
Once the egg has set, spread the cabbage filling over it.
-
Step 12:
Add the bell pepper, onion, and tomatoes over the cabbage.
-
Step 13:
Start rolling up the egg pancake around the filling.
-
Step 14:
Pour in more egg mixture and join it to the part you've already rolled.

Finish rolling and you've got a delicious vegetable egg roll for breakfast.

Cook together, cook simply, cook the tastiest dishes at home from everyday ingredients. Enjoy!
- Love a good fried egg? What about an omelet or egg crepes? Most people would say yes — though some are just plain tired of eggs and craving something different. Here's your answer: an interesting take on a roll. It's not a dessert, and it's not a plain fried egg either — it's an egg roll with vegetables. Tasty and good for you, it works for breakfast, dinner, or even lunch. It costs almost nothing to make, comes together easily from summer produce, and looks pretty enough to serve at a get-together.
