  • Love a good fried egg? What about an omelet or egg crepes? Most people would say yes — though some are just plain tired of eggs and craving something different. Here's your answer: an interesting take on a roll. It's not a dessert, and it's not a plain fried egg either — it's an egg roll with vegetables. Tasty and good for you, it works for breakfast, dinner, or even lunch. It costs almost nothing to make, comes together easily from summer produce, and looks pretty enough to serve at a get-together.
