Cooking method

Cooking time: 30 min

Cut the red onion into half rings, cucumber into thin circles, chop the salad finely. Finely chop the white onion (it will go into minced meat)
Put the minced meat in a bowl, beat the egg into it and add the finely chopped white onion, salt and pepper.
Cut the buns in half.
Heat a frying pan over high heat, lay out the buns and cook until they turn golden brown. It will take about 1-2 minutes for one bun.
Set the finished buns aside.
Put another frying pan to heat up over medium heat, add vegetable oil and spread it over the pan. Divide the finished minced meat into two equal parts and form tortillas slightly larger than a bun (roll the ball, and then gently begin to flatten it into the shape of a tortilla).
Put the cutlet in a preheated frying pan and cook over medium heat for about 3-5 minutes.
Turn the cutlets over and cook for another 5 minutes.
While the cutlets are being fried, prepare the base for burgers.
Grease the bottom bun with 1 teaspoon of mayonnaise. Then lay out the iceberg lettuce and spread it over the bun. Put the cucumber, onion and 2 pieces of cheese on top.
Put the hot patty on the cheese. Grease the cutlet with 1 teaspoon of ketchup and cover with the top bun.
Bon appetit!

For cutlets, you can use pure beef or pure pork minced meat.
In this recipe I used iceberg lettuce, but it can be replaced with any other.
Cucumbers can be replaced with salted ones.
Cheese can be used as mozzarella and cheddar (or any other to your taste, but still I recommend these two).
Onion for filling can be marinated in advance (5-10 minutes before assembly), for this put the chopped onion in a deep bowl, add 0.25 teaspoons of sugar and 0.5-1 teaspoon of vinegar (the proportions are calculated for 1/4 onion). You can use any onion (red, white, onion).
You can also add a tomato, cut into circles, to the filling.
If the minced meat is too greasy, then I recommend frying the cutlets in a lightly oiled frying pan and preferably frying in a non-stick frying pan so that it is easy to turn the cutlet over and so that it does not fall apart.
