Step 1:
Wash the zucchini, trim on both sides, cut in half. With a paring knife, set up noodles from zucchini. Cut the carrots into strips
Step 2:
Heat the frying pan well with vegetable oil. Put all the zucchini noodles. After about a minute and a half, stir. Put the carrots on top. Wait another minute and a half and mix. After about a minute, add salt and pepper, add chopped garlic and herbs.
