Step-by-step cooking
Sift the flour into a bowl, add the egg, salt, sugar, butter. Knead the dough.
We make a ball of dough, wrap it with cling film and put it in the refrigerator for an hour.
Take out the dough and roll it out. We cut out the mugs. We put each circle into a mold and prick it with a fork in several places.
Bake for 20 minutes at 180 degrees.
Cooking mousse.
Cut the boiled chicken fillet and put it in a blender. We also add onion powder, cream and curry. Whisk until fluffy.
