Cooking method
- Chop the walnuts into small pieces. Puree the carrot and pumpkin (you can grate them on a fine grater). Add them to the nuts. Pour in the coffee and keep over the heat for 5–7 minutes. Or microwave for 2 minutes at full power. Grate the cookies on a medium grater. Slit each prune along the side and fill it with the filling. Break up the chocolate and melt it in the microwave or in a water bath. Push a toothpick into a stuffed prune and, holding it by the tip, dip it into the hot chocolate. Transfer the candies onto foil and scatter candy sprinkles over them before the chocolate sets.
