Chop the walnuts into small pieces.
Puree carrots and pumpkins (you can grate them on a fine grater). Add to the nuts. Pour in the coffee and keep on fire for 5-7 minutes. You can put it in the microwave for 2 minutes (full power).
Grate cookies on a medium grater. Cut each prune on the side and fill with filling.
Break the chocolate, melt in the microwave or in a water bath.
Stick a toothpick into the stuffed prunes, holding the tip of the toothpick, dip it into hot chocolate.
Put the candies on foil and sprinkle with pastry beads until the chocolate is frozen.
