Step 1:
Prepare all the necessary ingredients.
Step 2:
Rice is best suited for garnish. It needs to be boiled in a small amount of water until crumbly.
Step 3:
Separate the front and rear thighs from the rabbit carcass, cut into pieces and put to boil in salted water until ready.
Step 4:
Grind coriander into fine powder.

Step 9:
Put boiled rice on a wide flat dish, cover it with pieces of meat and carrots. To make the dish look more aesthetically pleasing, you can add lettuce leaves and other greens.
