Step 1:
Prepare the dough dough: Mix yeast and granulated sugar, add 250 ml. of warm water, mix thoroughly, cover and leave for 10 minutes. After 10 minutes, foam should form on the surface.
Step 2:
In a bowl, sift 300 gr. flour, add 1 teaspoon of salt, mix. Make a recess in the flour and pour in the finished dough, mix until smooth, add 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil, mix the dough until smooth. Put in a warm place for 1 hour.
Step 3:
Chop a medium-sized onion.
Step 4:
Add chopped onion, 1 teaspoon of salt and a mixture of herbs to the minced meat, mix well.
Step 5:
After 1 hour, the dough should be ready, it will rise and increase by 2 times. The surface on which you will cook the whites, lubricate with vegetable oil, put the dough on it and cut it into small portions.
Step 6:
Knead each piece of dough with your hands and put the minced meat in the center, gently pinch it in a circle, leaving a small hole on one side, in the center.
Step 7:
Heat the oil in a frying pan and put the whites with the hole down, fry for 3-4 minutes, turn over and fry for another 3-4 minutes on each side on low heat.
Step 8:
Put the finished belyashi on a paper towel to remove excess fat, sprinkle with green onions and herbs and serve. Bon appetit!
