Braised Turkey Hearts

    1. Rinse the hearts well, trim off the excess fat, pat them dry, and cut them into strips. 2. Wash and peel the carrots and a piece of ginger. Grate both. 3. Peel the onion and chop it finely. 4. Heat a skillet with the vegetable oil, add the onion, and fry for 3 minutes, stirring. 5. Add the grated carrot and ginger, stir, and cook it all together for 5 minutes. 6. Add the hearts and fry everything together for another 5–7 minutes. 7. Pour in the water, add the salt and seasonings, stir, and cook it all, covered, over moderate heat for 20 minutes. 8. Stir in the tomato paste and flour, keep it on the heat for a minute, then turn it off. Enjoy!
