Honey-Cinnamon Spiced Nuts

  • Warm the oil gently in a skillet, then add the garam masala and grated fresh ginger. Let the oil and spices heat through. Add all the nuts to the hot oil in a single layer and toast for about 5 minutes, stirring. Turn off the heat and transfer the nuts to a deep bowl. Melt the honey in a double boiler, pour it over the nuts, and mix well. Just before serving, dust the nuts with ground cinnamon. Happy experimenting!
