Cooking method
1. The hearts are well washed, dried, put in a large container.
2. In a separate bowl, mix the oil and vinegar, add spices and salt to them, mix.
3. Peel the garlic, pass it through the press, add it to the oil mixture, mix again.
4. We coat the hearts with the resulting mixture and leave them to marinate for 3-4 hours in the refrigerator.
5. We put the marinated hearts on skewers and send them to the grill to fry.
6. Fry until tender.
