Grilled Turkey Heart Skewers

Tired of the same old kebabs? Here's an original recipe for you! Grilled turkey heart skewers make a fragrant dish for cozy, laid-back gatherings with friends or family outdoors. They're a great change of pace from the usual cookout menu—they might surprise your guests, but they'll definitely win them over, thanks in part to a marinade loaded with different spices. The key is not to overcook or dry them out, since the hearts cook very fast.
