Step-by-step cooking
Step 1:
Cut the chicken into small pieces and fry until golden brown and salt. We transfer it to a large saucepan with a thick bottom or a cauldron (I have 5.5 liters). Spread half of the onion cut into half rings. Sprinkle with spices.
Step 2:
Fry the remaining onion in the pan where the chicken was fried.
Step 3:
Coarsely cut the carrots, spread a layer on the onion.
Step 4:
Lay out the coarsely chopped potatoes. If the potatoes are not large, they can be whole.
Step 5:
Season with spices, add chopped garlic and herbs.
Step 6:
Spread the fried onion.
Step 7:
Layer coarsely chopped pepper.
Step 8:
Tomatoes in circles.
Step 9:
Sprinkle with spices. Add the herbs and garlic.
Step 10:
Coarsely cut cabbage, salt, add soy sauce, spices.put a thick layer on top. Don't let it bother you that everything is sticking out of the pan. During the languor, everything will settle down.
Step 11:
Covered with a lid. Turn on the weakest fire and forget for 2-3 hours. The time depends on the volume of products. DON'T INTERFERE WITH ANYTHING! Stir when everything is ready. At the end we try, bring it to taste and serve it in a deep dish sprinkled with herbs. Bon appetit!
If desired, you can add zucchini and eggplant. In the summer I cook with them!
