Step-by-step cooking
Step 1:
Mix all the seasonings with adjika and oil. Cumin (grind in a mortar). Rinse the pork neck, dry it and lubricate it liberally with marinade. Leave for a couple of hours or overnight in the refrigerator.
Step 2:
Heat the grill pan. Fry the meat on high heat for 5 minutes on each side, seal the meat with a crust. Don't forget the sides. Then another couple of minutes on each side.
Step 3:
Turn off the stove. Let the meat rest for a couple of minutes to distribute the juice. Served with fresh vegetables. And for men, with baked potato slices. Enjoy your meal!
