Step 1:
Rinse the liver, remove the film. Soak in milk or water for at least 30 minutes.then dry the liver.Cut into pieces no thicker than 2 cm .All the pieces are slightly beaten off from both sides.
Step 2:
Add salt and pepper on all sides to taste. Leave to marinate for 30 minutes.
Step 3:
Beat eggs into a bowl, add flour, baking soda, salt, beat everything well. The batter should turn out like thick sour cream.
Step 4:
Preheat the frying pan, dip the chops in batter and fry over medium heat, in vegetable oil.
Step 5:
On both sides, until golden.
Step 6:
