Salad with fried bacon cheese and tomatoes

Step-by-step cooking
Step 1:
Prepare the ingredients. Remove the mozzarella from the brine. Wash the greens, dry them.
Step 2:
Heat 1 tsp olive oil in a frying pan.
Step 3:
Fry bacon until golden brown, pepper. I added spices for the salad based on lemon zest, sea salt and a mixture of peppers.
Step 4:
Transfer to a napkin to drain excess fat.
Step 5:
Cut tomatoes into medium slices.
Step 6:
Put tomatoes, bacon, mozzarella and herbs on a dish. You can just mix everything in a salad bowl, you can make a beautiful composition like mine.
Step 7:
Sprinkle the remaining olive oil on top.
Step 8:
Pour balsamic sauce.
