Mushroom caviar from podberezoviki

Mushroom caviar from blackberries is a multifunctional dish, it can be served as a snack, used as a filling for pies and pies, added to sauces, soups and pastes. If the mushrooms are already prepared (cleaned, cooked), then the cooking time is significantly reduced.

Cooking method

Cooking time: 2 hours

1. Boiled blueberries are crushed using a meat grinder.

2. Peel the onion, cut into cubes. Peel the carrots, grate them.

3. Fry onions and carrots in sunflower oil (take half a serving) until soft, then grind with a meat grinder.

4. Tomatoes are washed, also passed through a meat grinder.

5. Combine tomatoes, fried onions and carrots with mushrooms, pour the remaining sunflower oil, salt and pepper to taste.

6. Fry the caviar in a frying pan for 50 minutes, stir occasionally.

We transfer the contents of the frying pan into clean, dry jars, let it cool, store it in the refrigerator.

Served on the table as a snack.
