Cooking method
Peel and finely chop the onion. Cut the mushrooms. Fry the onion until golden brown.
Add mushrooms to the onion and fry for 5-7 minutes. Salt and pepper to taste. Then add sour cream and simmer for 1-2 minutes. Cut a loaf.
Spread the filling on a loaf and sprinkle with cheese. We send it to a preheated 180-200 degree oven for 10-15 minutes until the cheese melts. We pour tea and enjoy fragrant sandwiches
