Cooking method
1. We clean the squid from the insides and chords, rinse it under running water.
2. We put the prepared carcasses in a bowl and pour boiling water, leave in this position for 1-2 minutes and transfer the squid to a bowl with ice water. After the manipulations, we clean the skin (it should twist and easily move away).
3. Cut the prepared squid into thin rings, spread in preheated butter, fry for about 2-3 minutes.
4. Then sprinkle the squid rings with flour, pour cream, season with ground black pepper and salt. And now you should pour boiling water over everything so that it completely covers the contents of the frying pan.
5. Cover the pan with a lid and simmer the squid for 3-4 minutes.
We serve the dish, decorate with parsley and serve it on the table!
