Step-by-step cooking
Step 1:
Prepare the products.
Step 2:
Carp caviar should be well washed, cleaned of streaks and blood.
Step 3:
Leave on a sieve for 5 minutes to drain the water.
Step 4:
Put the washed caviar in a bowl, add salt and pepper to taste, one pinch of baking soda (it will make the pancakes more magnificent), and eggs.
Step 5:
Thoroughly knead our "dough". I do it with my hand, it is more convenient to stretch the caviar and mix everything. You can use a spoon, too, as you prefer. Let's leave the mass for 5 minutes "to rest ".
Step 6:
Pour vegetable oil into a frying pan, heat it up and spread pancakes with a spoon. The fire is below average, not big. Pancakes are fried quickly. As soon as you see that the edges have gripped and turned red, turn over to the other side.
Step 7:
Bring the other side to readiness.
Step 8:
Then cover with a lid for a few seconds - let the steam pass.
Step 9:
While the pancakes are frying, prepare the sauce. Mix sour cream and mayonnaise in equal proportions in a plate, season with pepper to taste and add chopped dill. Mix it up.
Step 10:
The finished sauce is delicious!
Step 11:
And here are our ready-made pancakes. The fragrance is amazing!
Step 12:
We put the pancakes on a plate and serve the sauce to them. Very tasty! Bon appetit!
