Fish Meatballs from Ground Fish

- Peel the onion and cut it into a couple of pieces. Grind the fish fillet together with the onion in a meat grinder. Crack the egg into the resulting mixture, add the cooked rice, salt, and pepper, and mix thoroughly.
- Wet your hands with water and shape neat meatballs, arrange them on a tray, and chill them in the refrigerator.
- Peel and wash the onion and carrots. Dice the onion finely and grate the carrots on a coarse grater. Put the prepared vegetables in the slow cooker bowl, add the sunflower oil, and fry for 5 minutes using the "Fry" program.
- In a separate bowl, combine the water, tomato paste, flour, and salt, whisking until smooth. Pour the tomato sauce into the slow cooker bowl with the sautéed vegetables, then add the meatballs.
- Set it to "Stew" mode and cook for 55 minutes.
- Serve the meatballs on a platter, garnished with finely chopped parsley.
