Minced fish meatballs

Cooking method

Cooking time: 1 h 35 min

1. Peel the onion, cut it into a couple of pieces. Chop the fish fillet together with the onion using a meat grinder. In the resulting mass, break the egg, add the boiled rice, salt and pepper, mix thoroughly.

2. Moisten your hands in water and form neat meatballs, put them on a tray and put them in the refrigerator.

3. Peel the onions and carrots, wash them. Chop the onion into small cubes, and grate the carrots on a coarse grater. Put the prepared vegetables in the bowl of the slow cooker, pour sunflower oil and fry for 5 minutes using the "Frying" program.

4. Pour water into a separate bowl, add tomato paste, pour flour and salt, mix with a whisk. Pour the resulting tomato sauce into the bowl of the slow cooker to the fried vegetables, then lay out the meatballs.

5. Select the "Stewing" mode and cook for 55 minutes.

Serve the meatballs on a platter, garnished with finely chopped parsley.
