Cooking method
1. Wash the zucchini, peel it (if it is very young, it is not necessary to peel it), rub it on a coarse grater. Let the zucchini stand for 5 minutes, then squeeze out the resulting juice.
2. Salt the mass, break the eggs, add soda, slaked with vinegar, and also pour flour. Knead a thick dough, thicker than pancakes.
3. Peel the onion, chop it with a sharp knife, and combine it with minced meat, salt, mix.
4. Pour vegetable oil on a well-heated frying pan, spread the squash dough with a tablespoon, and on top of it a little minced meat (1-1.5 teaspoons), then cover again with the dough, but with a thin layer (if you pour too much, the white will not fry and will remain raw inside).
5. Fry on one side for 4 minutes, then turn over to the other side, cover the pan with a lid and cook for another 3 minutes, then remove the lid and let the whites turn brown for a minute.
6. We transfer the finished belyashi to a deep vessel, cover it with a lid and let it "walk" for 15 minutes.
That's all, nothing complicated)
