    1. Whisk the eggs and whey together with a whisk or a mixer, whichever you prefer. 2. Sift the flour separately so it's aerated, then stir in the salt and sugar. 3. In a bowl, combine everything, pouring the liquid into the flour a little at a time. Mix well until all the lumps are gone. 4. Let the batter rest for 1 hour. 5. Cook the crêpes on both sides in a preheated skillet brushed with vegetable oil.
