Cooking method
1. We drive in chicken eggs and whey with a whisk or mixer, as it is convenient for anyone.
2. Separately sift the flour so that it is saturated with air and mix with salt and sugar.
3. In a bowl, mix all the ingredients, pouring the liquid into the flour slowly in portions. Mix everything well until all the lumps dissolve.
4. Set aside the dough for 1 hour.
5. In a preheated frying pan, pre-greased with vegetable oil, fry the pancakes on both sides.
