Cut the zucchini into circles (do not peel if the zucchini are young) approximately 1 cm thick. Roll in flour on both sides.

Pour the oil into the pan and heat it up. We put zucchini in it and sprinkle with salt. It is better to use finely ground salt. Cook over medium heat until golden brown.
Step 4:
Preparing the sauce... In sunflower oil, we rub the peeled garlic and mix. That's all the sauce is ready.
It is better to take young zucchini, because they can be cooked together with seeds and peel.
Garlic cloves are better to take larger, because the sauce turns out to be more saturated.
