Step-by-step cooking
Step 1:
Liquid pizza dough will be prepared from flour, eggs, mayonnaise, with the addition of vegetable oil, baking powder and salt. For the filling, take tomato, sweet pepper, tomato sauce, pork balyk, dill and basil, hard cheese. We will prepare the required number of products according to the list.
Step 2:
Drive the eggs into the container, add vegetable oil and mayonnaise to them.
Step 3:
Mix the egg mass well with a spoon or fork until smooth.
Step 4:
Next, pour flour mixed with baking powder and salt into the egg mass.
Step 5:
Knead the thick dough until the flour dissolves, so that there are no lumps.
Step 6:
Grease the baking dish with vegetable oil.
Step 7:
Spread the resulting thick liquid pizza dough into a greased form with a thin layer.
Step 8:
Flatten the surface of the dough with a spoon.
Step 9:
Put the mold with the dough in a preheated 180 degree oven for 20 minutes.
Step 10:
While the pizza base is being baked from liquid dough, we will prepare the ingredients for the filling: cut tomatoes into circles, sweet pepper into thin strips, meat into small cubes, grate cheese on a coarse grater, finely chop the greens.
Step 11:
After 20 minutes, we return to the oven and take out the pizza base form from it. The dough has already been baked, since it was prepared in a thin layer, and now you can spread the filling on it.
Step 12:
Lubricate the hot surface of the pizza base with tomato sauce.
Step 13:
We spread the balyk cubes on the sauce layer.
Step 14:
Then lay out strips of sweet pepper on top of the meat.
Step 15:
Cover everything with tomato slices.
Step 16:
Sprinkle tomatoes with chopped herbs.
Step 17:
Sprinkle a layer of grated cheese on top of the pizza.
Step 18:
Return the pizza-filled mold to the oven and continue baking at 180 degrees for another 20 minutes.
Step 19:
We take the finished pizza based on liquid dough out of the oven.
Step 20:
Carefully using a spatula, we separate the pizza from the mold and transfer it to a flat dish.
Step 21:
Pizza on liquid dough is ready, serve it hot on the table and cut into portions.
