Batter-Crust Pizza with Pork, Tomatoes, and Peppers

A quick, yeast-free pizza dough made with mayonnaise and eggs. Unlike yeast dough, this batter-style pizza dough comes together in no time — you just stir all the ingredients together with a spoon. You spoon the batter into a pan in a thin layer and bake it without any topping to make the pizza crust.

    Step 10

While the crust bakes, prep the toppings: slice the tomatoes into rounds, cut the bell pepper into thin strips, cut the meat into small cubes, grate the cheese on the coarse side of a grater, and finely chop the herbs.

  11. Step 11:

    Step 11

After 20 minutes, take the crust out of the oven. It's already baked through, since it was such a thin layer, so now you can add the toppings.
