Step 1:
Sift flour into a bowl, add salt, olive oil, water. Knead a fairly soft dough, give it the shape of a ball.
Step 2:
Divide the ball into 6 parts.
Step 3:
Roll each into a layer approximately 17 cm in diameter.
Step 4:
Wind the dough on a rolling pin, roll it out with two hands directly on the rolling pin from the middle to the edges.
Step 5:
You should get a thin circle with a diameter of approximately 30 cm.
Step 6:
Chop the greens.

Sprinkle the dough layers with cheese and herbs.
