By the way, I will tell you about two points that are important to pay attention to. The first is sour cream, with prolonged whipping, turns into butter. And secondly, sugar significantly dilutes the cream. Therefore, try to beat the cream with a whisk, and take the amount of sugar to a minimum. Do not forget to cool the cream!
