Step-by-step cooking
Step 1:
The necessary ingredients are Korean carrot dressing, onion, garlic, vegetable oil and already chopped carrots. Unfortunately, I have not yet purchased a special grater for Korean carrots, so I rubbed it on the usual one.
Step 2:
Cut the onion, preferably as small as possible. Personally, I do not like when large pieces of onion are in such dishes, it does not look very aesthetically pleasing in my opinion.
Step 3:
We send it to fry in vegetable oil until golden brown.
Step 4:
While our onion is being passioned, squeeze the garlic into the carrot with a garlic press. Although garlic is present in the Korean dressing, I like carrots sharper, so it's better to determine the amount of garlic to your taste: if you want it faster, there is more garlic, not too sharp - less. You can do without it at all for the first time to determine how you like it more.
Step 5:
Add the finished onion to the carrot along with the oil in which it was fried. Now we carefully and carefully knead the bag with the dressing so that the dressing becomes more homogeneous. We open it, and pour everything without a trace into our dish. It remains only to mix it all well, I do it with my hands.
Step 6:
In the description of the dressing it is indicated that carrots can be consumed within an hour after cooking, but I love when it is infused and acquires a juicy taste and aroma, so I tighten the dish with a film and send it to the refrigerator overnight.
Step 7:
In the morning we get yummy and enjoy, I love this carrot without the main dish. Bon appetit!
