Skillet Granola

An American-style breakfast — and it turns out it's really tasty! Granola is a treat that'll win over kids and grown-ups alike. It's simple to make, right on the stovetop, and I highly recommend giving it a try!

  • Chop the peanuts with a sharp knife. Put all the flakes, chopped peanuts, seeds, and sugar in a skillet. Set it over low heat and stir until the sugar dissolves (it should melt and coat all the granola). Take the pan off the heat and keep stirring until everything is completely cool, so the mixture stays loose and crumbly instead of clumping together. Stir the raisins into the cooled granola. Serve drizzled with a spoonful of honey. Enjoy!
