The fish must be cleaned, the insides removed, and the fins and tail removed.
Combining salt and pepper, we rub the fish inside and out with the resulting mixture.
Using a knife, you need to make several incisions across and stuff the fish with garlic plates.
Put a couple of lemon rings inside and use a toothpick to stab the abdomen.
Heating olive oil and butter in a frying pan, lay the sea bass.
It will take about seven minutes to heat each side of it.
The fish is ready.
