Soybean Sprout Salad
An exotic Asian side dish with no fuss at all — try it! Soybean sprouts are an incredibly, genuinely super-healthy ingredient! We used to buy this salad ready-made at the store, but now I make it myself. It's a simple dish, yet really tasty and fragrant — highly recommended.
