Salad of sprouted soy sprouts

Cooking method
1. Prepare the vegetables: chop the garlic very finely, cut the green peas in the stem into 2-3 pieces, the leek into small rings, the cucumber into strips, the green onion feathers into long pieces.
2. In a preheated frying pan, lightly fry the garlic in vegetable oil, then add the leek to it and fry until it becomes soft.
3. Add the peas to the pan and stir-fry for 1-2 minutes.
4. Now add the soy sprouts there, stir and pour in the oyster sauce. Fry for no more than 1 minute. Add salt.
5. Sprinkle cucumbers and green onions on top.
