Cooking method
1. Bring the maple syrup to a boil and cook over low heat until it begins to thicken.
2. Pour in the cognac and keep it on fire until the liquid has almost completely evaporated.
3. Add broth and mushrooms. Bring to a boil again and cook over low heat to the desired density.
4. We put the pieces of beef on a cutting board and beat off the meat slightly.
5. Season the chops with salt and pepper.
6. Lightly breaded in flour, fry each side of the chop in a frying pan for 1 minute (heating is strong).
7. Then we put the chops in a frying pan with sauce and warm them up to the desired degree of readiness.
We serve chops with cooked sauce. Pasta or steamed vegetables are perfect as a side dish.
