Cooking method

Let's start cooking!

1. If you bought a ready-made burbot fillet, just cut it into the same large pieces, season them with salt and pepper to taste. If you could not find a fillet and you bought a whole fish, you will have to suffer a little and cut it up.
2. Then dip the burbot pieces in corn starch, and then in flour. This should be done so that the pieces keep their shape during frying and do not spread out.
3. Put the burbot pieces in a frying pan with heated vegetable oil and fry until golden brown.
4. After that, you need to put the fish on a paper napkin or towel - then the excess oil will leave the fish and it will not be so greasy.

Burbot is ready! It can be served with a side dish of fresh vegetables, potatoes or rice.

Bon appetit!
