Macrurus fillet with chili pepper

Cooking method
1. Boil the beans in boiling water for 2 minutes. Drain the broth, and rinse the beans under running cold water.
2. Remove the beans from the pods into a bowl, add the rest of the ingredients for the side dish to them and mix.
3. Rub the fillet with salt and chopped chili pepper. Leave some of the pepper to serve.
4. Fry the fillets in a preheated frying pan with oil: from the inside for a minute, from the outside fry the fillet for two minutes.
5. Place the toasted fillet on a plate, sprinkle with olive oil and pepper from the frying pan and finely grate the left chili pepper on top. Place the bean side dish and orange slices next to it.
