- Heat the oil in a skillet. 2. Add the pelmeni and vegetables to the pan and season with salt. Cook covered over medium heat until all the liquid has evaporated and the vegetables and pelmeni are lightly browned. 3. Stir and let everything brown a bit on the other side. You can keep the lid on or leave it off. Feel free to add any spices you like—it'll only taste better. Enjoy!
