Italian Salad with Crepes and Smoked Chicken

    1. For the crepes, mix the eggs, starch, milk, salt, and a little sunflower oil. Whisk just until smooth. Heat a skillet well and grease it with oil, then cook thin crepes. Roll the finished crepes up and slice them into thin ribbons. Set aside the prettiest spirals to garnish the salad. 2. Cut the chicken into cubes. 3. Chop the onion and fry it until golden, then let it cool. 4. Combine all the salad ingredients in a bowl and add the mayonnaise, salt, and pepper. Add the salt last so you don't oversalt. 5. Mound the salad on a platter and garnish with the reserved crepe ribbons. Enjoy!
