  • Make the sauce: stir the mayonnaise together with the sour cream and the garlic (grated fine or pushed through a press); add spices to taste if you like—curry, a pepper blend, or dried herbs. Cut the cabbage, cucumber, and tomato into strips. Spread the sauce over the lavash and lay down the first layer—chicken (baked, pan-fried, or boiled), then carrot (raw and shredded, no salt or seasoning; Korean-style spiced carrot works too), then the cabbage, cucumber, and tomato, with a little more sauce on top. Fold the lavash into a wrap and set it on a dry skillet to toast.
