Grilled Turkey Wings
A delicious dish for hanging out outdoors—grilled wings! The marinade is really unusual and tasty. I'll admit I had my doubts at first about whether it would work, but I thought of all the recipes that pair meat with something sweet, and I took the plunge. It came out sooo good—finger-licking good! Everyone loved it. Since then we've made it several times with other kinds of meat too. Anyway, here's the recipe for you.

- Rinse the wings. So they marinate better and the skin doesn't pull away as they cook, make a few crosswise slashes in the skin. 2. Mix the syrup, soy sauce, spices, and salt. Pour the marinade over the wings and "massage" it in well. Let them marinate for 1.5–2 hours. 3. Get moderately hot coals going. Grill the wings on the grate, turning now and then, until done. They're ready when the juices run clear as you pierce them with a knife. Enjoy!
