Composition / ingredients
Step-by-step cooking
Step 1:
Peel and finely chop the garlic.
Step 2:
Put garlic in a bowl for marinating meat, add soy sauce, oil, mustard to it.
Step 3:
Add lemon juice to the marinade.
Step 4:
Stir the marinade until smooth.
Step 5:
Cut the meat (a rectangular piece is especially good here) along the entire length, leaving 5-10 mm uncut from below.
Step 6:
Thoroughly dip the meat in the marinade and leave to marinate.
Step 7:
Cut the cheese, tomatoes and mushrooms into slices.
Step 8:
Put the marinated meat on foil.
Step 9:
Put the slices of vegetables evenly into the cuts.
Step 10:
Mushrooms are not a mandatory ingredient. They can also be fried before baking, for example, I like it better this way. Wrap the prepared pork well with foil and put it in the oven, preheated to 200 degrees, for 1 hour.
Step 11:
Let the finished meat lie down for 10-15 minutes, and then cut, serve.
Enjoy!
