Step 1:
Prepare the products. I have a carp fillet.

Through the meat grinder we scroll the fillet of fish. In the minced meat, add egg, breadcrumbs, salt and pepper to taste. We knead the minced meat very well.
Step 3:
We moisten our hands in water and make minced fish balls slightly larger than a walnut.
Step 4:
Put a frying pan with vegetable oil to warm up. Take a frying pan with high sides, we will stew our meatballs in it. Then we roll each fish ball in flour.
Step 5:
We put all our fishballs (rolled in flour) in a frying pan and fry.
Step 6:
Pull the handle lightly - and they will all turn over themselves)

These are the ruddy balls that turn out))
Step 8:
For the sauce, mix sour cream, tomato paste and water.
Step 9:
Pour the sauce over our fishballs, make a small fire, cover the pan with a lid and simmer for 30 minutes until ready.
Step 10:
These are our delicious fishballs. We put it on a plate, pour the sauce over it. The side dish is very tasty mashed potatoes.
