Cooking method

Cooking time: 30 min

1. Put sour cream, butter, sugar and salt in a dough bowl. Mix well.
2. Sift flour in portions and knead a soft dough that does not stick to your hands. Leave the dough to rest while doing the filling.
3. Boil the eggs, cool and peel. Grate cheese and eggs, add garlic (through a press), mayonnaise and mix everything well.
4. Divide the dough into 4 parts. If you have a small frying pan, it is better to divide it into 6 or 8 parts so that the tortillas are thin.
5. Roll out the dough into a circle, thinly. Put the filling on the dough in an even layer and pinch it - first like a pasty, and then pick up the edge with a pinch and assemble it in the center, twist it slightly and press it to the rest of the dough. Smooth the seam with your hands, give the tortilla a round shape, turn it over and roll out the size of your frying pan into a circle. Fry the tortilla in a dry, well-heated frying pan on both sides until golden brown.
6. Also make all the tortillas.
It is better to eat such tortillas hot while the cheese is stringy and delicious. It is also very tasty to lubricate the tortillas with butter as soon as you remove them from the pan.
