    1. In a mixing bowl, combine the sour cream, oil, sugar, and salt. Mix well. 2. Sift in the flour a little at a time and knead a soft dough that doesn't stick to your hands. Let the dough rest while you make the filling. 3. Boil the eggs, cool, and peel them. Grate the cheese and eggs, add the garlic (through a press) and the mayonnaise, and mix everything well. 4. Divide the dough into 4 pieces. If your skillet is small, divide it into 6 or 8 pieces instead so the flatbreads stay thin. 5. Roll each piece of dough into a thin round. Spread the filling in an even layer and seal it up: first fold it like a turnover, then gather the pinched edge, bring it to the center, twist it slightly, and press it into the rest of the dough. Smooth the seam with your hands, shape it into a round, flip it over, and roll it back out to fit your skillet. Cook the flatbread in a dry, well-heated skillet on both sides until golden. 6. Repeat with the remaining flatbreads. These are best eaten hot, while the cheese is stretchy and melty. It's also delicious to brush the flatbreads with butter the moment they come off the pan. Enjoy!
