- Make a batter about the consistency of pancake batter: Whisk the raw eggs with the kefir, and season with salt and pepper to taste. Whisk until smooth. Add the baking soda and stir. Whisking constantly, add the flour. Mix to the right consistency. Make the filling: finely chop the hard-boiled eggs and the green onions. Stir everything into the batter. Mix the batter and filling together well. While a skillet of oil heats up, shape the batter-and-filling mixture into pies. Fry each pie on both sides until cooked through.
