Knead the dough, the consistency of pancakes:
Mix raw eggs with kefir, add salt and pepper to taste. Beat with a whisk until smooth. Add soda, mix. Stirring constantly, add flour. Knead to the desired consistency.
Prepare the filling. Finely chop the boiled eggs and onions. Add everything to the dough.
Mix the dough and filling well.
While the frying pan with oil is heating up, we form pies from the dough with filling. Fry each pie on both sides until cooked.
Ready-made lazy egg pies - ruddy, fragrant and delicious - are served to the table.
