Cooking method
1. Sift the flour into a bowl, add salt, sugar and baking powder to it, mix everything. Since more or less flour can go away, it is better to mix salt, sugar and baking powder with half of the sifted flour, and add the remaining half to the dough in parts, adjusting the consistency.
2. Pour water (100 ml) into a suitable container, add the sifted flour and stir. Add vegetable oil and mix. The dough should have the consistency of thick sour cream.
Be prepared for the fact that flour may need more or less than indicated in the recipe. Focus not on the amount of flour, but on the desired consistency of the dough. To avoid mistakes, read about flour and its properties!
3. Put the frying pan on the fire, lubricate it with vegetable oil, warm it up. You can also bake in a dry pan, like classic pancakes, but much will depend on the density of the dough and the quality of your frying pan.
Important! An incorrectly selected frying pan can ruin even the best recipe. Read all the details on how to choose the perfect frying pan for different dishes here .
Any oils are useful only until a certain temperature is reached - the point of smoking, at which the oil begins to burn and toxic substances, including carcinogens, are formed in it. 4. You can bake pancakes. The size depends only on your desire - they can be made small or large enough. I pour the dough one tablespoon at a time - medium-sized pancakes are obtained.
5. When bubbles appear on the surface of the pancake and the dough grabs, turn it over and bake for about another minute. Before the next batch, you do not need to lubricate the pan with oil - we do this only at the beginning of frying.
Pancakes are served to the table, decorated with fresh berries and fruits, with honey or syrup, sour cream. In general, with anything! Enjoy your meal!
