Pork Roast in an Oven Bag
The most tender meat — it just melts in your mouth! Roasted meat is a can't-miss choice for a holiday table. Today I suggest making pork in an oven bag with fresh vegetables. The meat comes out so soft and tender that you can't stop yourself from going back for more)))
Cooking method
-
Step 1:
Gather your ingredients. Rinse the meat and pat it dry with a paper towel. Peel the garlic.
-
Step 2:
Cut slits into the meat and tuck a slice of garlic into each one.
-
Step 3:
Rub the meat well with salt, pepper, herbs, and spices. Let it sit for half an hour.
-
Step 4:
Then turn the oven on to preheat to 400°F (200°C) and cut the vegetables into large pieces: onion, carrots, bell pepper, tomato, and apples)) Don't be surprised — apples pair beautifully with pork, it's a classic combo) The flavor will be incredible!
-
Step 5:
I rolled the meat up and tied it with kitchen twine.
-
Step 6:
Tie off one end of the oven bag with a clip, put the meat and all the vegetables inside, and tie off the other end, leaving some free space in the bag.
-
Step 7:
Set the bag in a baking dish. Put it in the oven (400°F / 200°C) for 40 minutes. Then lower the temperature to 350°F (180°C) and let it bake another 20–25 minutes.
-
Step 8:
Once the pork is done, let it rest for another 10 minutes, then serve it with fresh vegetables. For a side, potatoes or rice — whatever you like))
-
Step 9:
The meat comes out incredibly tender))) Enjoy!
