- Whisk the eggs thoroughly with the turmeric until smooth. 2. Add the Tabasco sauce and half of the vegetables to the egg mixture. 3. Fry the bacon pieces in a well-heated skillet. 4. Add the remaining vegetables to the bacon. 5. Once the vegetables are done, add the eggs and cook over low heat to the consistency you like.
