Cooking method
1. Carefully beat the eggs with turmeric until smooth
2. Add TABASCO sauce and half of the vegetables to the egg mixture
3. Fry the bacon pieces in a well-heated frying pan
4. Add the remaining vegetables to the bacon
5. When the vegetables are ready, add the eggs and fry over low heat until the desired consistency.
