Cooking method
1. Break an egg into a bowl, add salt, sugar and whisk.
2. Sift the flour, add it to the egg-sugar mixture.
3. Mix the egg-sugar mixture with flour thoroughly so that there are no lumps left, add sour milk in small portions.
4. Add two tablespoons of vegetable oil.
5. Leave the dough to stand for 10 minutes.
6. Preheat the pan thoroughly, lubricate it with a small amount of vegetable oil (you need to lubricate it only before the first pancake), bake the pancakes for 30 seconds on one side, 10 on the other.
