Cooking method

Cooking time: 2 hours
1. Wash the chicken, cut along the breast, unwrap and beat it well, pre-covering with cling film (so that the meat does not stick to the hammer).
2. Vegetable oil, salt, pepper, hops, suneli mix.
3. Squeeze the garlic into our mixture and grease the chicken well and leave to marinate for 1 hour.
4. Preheat the frying pan and put the chicken cover and fry on medium heat until golden brown. Turn down the heat and cook on low heat for another 20 minutes, turning it over periodically.
