Step-by-step cooking
Step 1:
Cut the buns in half, in a dry, hot frying pan, dry them with slices down to a golden crust. Add egg, salt, pepper and breadcrumbs to the minced meat. Mix well. Now we make our cutlets. To make them as beautiful and even as possible, I decided to use a lid for a jar with a large throat. I smeared it with vegetable oil and rammed the minced meat there.
Step 2:
Then "shook out" cutlet from the lid to a flat surface covered with cling film. I put it in the freezer for 20 minutes. And only then fried on both sides until ready.
Step 3:
Chop the onion VERY finely and marinate in a mixture of vinegar and boiling water for 15 minutes. Then drain the onion from the liquid. Mix mustard with ketchup in a separate bowl. Cut the cucumber into thin slices. Now we are collecting our cheeseburgers. We put a mixture of mustard and ketchup on the "lid" of the bun. Sprinkle pickled onions on top.
Step 4:
Cover with a piece of cheese. Put a hot patty on top. We put a lettuce leaf on the cutlet with the back side to the top. And cover "the bottom" rolls.
Step 5:
Flip. Done!
Step 6:
Bon appetit!
