Cottage Cheese Triangles
A delicious, tender cottage cheese treat! These little triangles are so good — the kind of baking that's quick and tasty))) The triangle shape is really handy for pan-frying. The ingredient list is simple and they're easy to make.
Cooking method
-
Step 1:
Here are our ingredients. Wash and dry the egg, and sift the flour.
-
Step 2:
Put the cottage cheese in a bowl, add the sugar and egg, and mix.
-
Step 3:
Mix the flour with the baking powder and add it to the cottage cheese mixture. Knead.
-
Step 4:
Start with a spoon, then use your hands. Don't overwork it — just knead until there's no dry flour left.
-
Step 5:
The dough comes out firm but still soft.
-
Step 6:
Dust the counter with flour. Roll the dough into "logs" of equal size. I got 12 of them.
-
Step 7:
To help them cook through better, shape them into triangles.
-
Step 8:
Heat the oil in a skillet and add the triangles. They'll puff up as they fry, so don't crowd the pan. Fry over low heat with the lid on.
-
Step 9:
Once one side is golden, flip it over. Cook all the sides this way until done.
-
Step 10:
You can roll the finished triangles in sugar — it makes for a really delicious treat)))
-
Step 11:
Enjoy the triangles with milk, tea, or juice — whatever you like. Gather the family and dig into some delicious homemade baking. Enjoy!
