Step 1:
Cut the meat into medium pieces. Cut onion into cubes, chop garlic. In 0.5 liters of water, dilute 1.5 tablespoons of salt, add 2 tablespoons of vinegar, pepper. Pour the marinade over the meat for 2 hours.
Step 2:
Then drain the liquid and add the adjika, mix and leave in the refrigerator overnight
Step 3:
The next day our meat will be ready.
Step 4:
Pieces of meat, alternating with pieces of brisket, string on skewers. Pre-soak wooden skewers in water. We don't need the onion anymore, we throw it away, it has already fulfilled its main role.
Step 5:
Heat the oven to 200g. Put the skewers with meat on the grill. Bake for 30 minutes. Serve garnished with lettuce leaves, sweet pepper and herbs. Bon appetit!
