Step 1:
To start, rinse the fillet under running water, then cut into cubes of about 2 * 2 cm. After that, the fillet must be peppered and salted. Put the pieces in a prepared container with flour and mix in it. Now we take a frying pan, pour vegetable oil into it and fry our chicken for 5-7 minutes.
Step 2:
Finely chop the garlic. It is better to cut onions into half rings, so it will look more aesthetically pleasing in the dish. And Bulgarian pepper – straws. In the oil in which the chicken was fried, fry the garlic and onion for about 5 minutes.
Step 3:
Then add the bell pepper to them and fry for another 5 minutes.
Step 4:
We will puree tomatoes using a blender, after peeling them from the skin. Then add chicken fillet and tomato puree to the resulting mixture and simmer all together for 25 minutes. Sprinkle with finely chopped herbs and – ta-dam! – our dish is ready. Enjoy your meal.
