Everything is incredibly simple! Lubricate one slice of bread with mayonnaise (or tomato sauce), and the second with mustard. Then we put grated cheese, bacon, tomato, pepper, cheese again on the bread and cover with a second slice of bread. You need a lot of cheese, so do not regret it! Then we fry on both sides, I have a grill, I just press the sandwich and it is perfectly fried by itself. And you can fry it in a dry frying pan pressing it with a spatula to give a flatter shape.
I have prepared many variants of various sandwiches, and therefore I recommend taking toaster bread for cooking, because only with it you can achieve the perfect shape and taste.
